Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Original Wraps
  • ¼ Durian, outer shell and seeds removed
  • 50ml pastry cream
  • 100ml thickened cream

To serve:

  • 1 tbsp Icing sugar
  • ¼ punnet Strawberries, finely chopped
  • ¼ punnet Raspberries

Instructions

1.Spoon durian flesh into a large bowl and mash with a fork

2.Combine pastry cream and cream in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater until light and fluffy. Fold in durian paste and refrigerate for 30 minutes

3.Dry fry the wraps for approximately 60 seconds on each side until warm. Spread durian cream on top of Mission wraps, fold in half to make a half moon shape. Cut into wedges, dust with icing sugar and sprinkle with fresh strawberries and raspberries. Garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately
