Ingredients

1 Mission Curry Wraps

150g lamb, minced

½ onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 Tbs Moroccan seasoning

1 tomato chopped
-
2 Tbs raisins
-
2 Tbs parsley, chopped

¼ cup chicken stock
-
1 handful lettuce
-
1 tsp greek yogurt
-
½ cup mozzarella cheese
-
1 avocado, mashed
-
1 tsp lime juice
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and add in onion and garlic.

Cook till softened and add in the mince. Cook till browned.

Add in Moroccan seasoning and stir till fragrant.

Add in tomato, raisins and stock. Simmer until thickened.

Stir in parsley once done.

To make the roll put down one wrap and top with the lamb mixture and mozzarella cheese and then roll up.

Put the roll in the oven at 170C to just warm through and melt the cheese.

Mix mashed avocado with lime juice and salt and pepper.

Serve with the lamb mince roll.
