  • 2 Mission Supersoft Onion & Chives Wrap

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 1 pkg rendang spice mix

  • 1 handful lettuce

  • 2 Tbs lime juice

  • 2 Tbs fish sauce

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 green mango, cut into strips

  • 1 scallion, thin strips

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  • ¼ cup mint, chopped

  • 2 Tbs peanuts

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • Step 1

    Cook the rendang as per package instructions.

  • Step 2

    To assemble wrap put on the lettuce then top with some of the rendang and wrap up.

  • Step 3

    In a large bowl whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar until sugar dissolves.

  • Step 4

    Add mangoes, scallions, cilantro, and mint and toss to coat.

  • Step 5

    Taste and adjust seasoning with additional lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar as desired.

  • Step 6

    Top with chopped peanuts and red-pepper flakes.
