Salmon Veggie Tartalets with Green Side Salad

Ingredients
- 
                        2 Mission Supersoft Wholegrains Wraps 
- 
                        ¼ Zucchini, cubed 
- 
                        ¼ red pepper, cubed 
- 
                        4 cherry tomatoes, halved 
- 
                        1 cup cheddar cheese, grated 
- 
                        Salmon, flaked and cooked 
- 
                        Salt & pepper 
- 
                        Olive oil

Instructions
- 
                        Step 1Cut wraps with a round cookie cutter and place into a muffin tin as tartlet base. 
- 
                        Step 2Mix zucchini, red pepper and cherry tomatoes in a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. 
- 
                        Step 3Put those vegetables in the tartlet bases, add in the flaked salmon and top with cheese. 
-
