4 Mission Plain Naan

100g Butter, sliced

100g Butter, softened

4 tbsp Pandan Kaya, store bought

Step 1
Remove Mission Plain Naan from the packaging and cut into rectangle pieces. Spread each slice with softened butter on both sides.

Step 2
In a pan over medium heat, grill the naan pieces and set aside.

Step 3
Cut slices of butter from a butter block just taken out of the fridge and while it is still hard. Place 2 slices of butter on a freshly grilled piece of naan; spread 1 tbsp of Pandan Kaya on another piece of naan and bring both slices together. Repeat with the rest of the naan, butter and kaya.

Your Kaya & Butter Naanwich is ready to be enjoyed!
