Ingredients & Instructions


  • 4 Mission Plain Naan

  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese

  • 8 strips Beef Bacon

  • 4 Large Eggs

  • 2 Ripe Avocados, sliced or mashed

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 8 tbsp Butter

  • Salt & Freshly ground black pepper

  • Step 1

    Remove Mission Plain Naan from the packaging and snip off pointy ends. Cut into halves. 

  • Step 2

    Spread ½ tbsp of butter on each side of the Naan. Grill in a pan on medium heat on both sides for all the pieces. Set aside. 

  • Step 3

    In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Cook beef bacon in a single layer in two batches. Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside. 

  • Step 4

    In a separate frying pan, add remaining 2 tbsp of oil and fry eggs, one at a time – sunny side up. Ensure that the yolk is runny and not cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. To assemble, place a slice of cheese on a slice of naan, and top with bacon, followed by fried egg and lastly, sliced avocados. If using mashed avocados, start with sliced cheese, on a slice of naan, then top with mashed avocados (seasoned with salt and pepper), bacon, fried egg and then sliced naan. 

  • Step 5

    Season with pepper. Repeat for remaining servings and breakfast is served!
