Ingredients
- 
                        2 MISSION Plain Pita Breads 
- 
                        400g steamed baby potatoes, thinly sliced 
- 
                        50g baby rocket leaves 
- 
                        1 tbsp olive oil 
- 
                        1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 
                        Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste 
- 
                        200g smoked salmon, thinly sliced 
- 
                        200g light cream cheese 
- 
                        2 tbsp chopped dill 
- 
                        1 tbsp wholegrain mustard 
- 
                        2 tbsp caster sugar

- 
                        Step 1Place MISSION Pita Breads on a plate lined with paper towel and heat in a microwave for 40 seconds. Using a serrated knife, cut in half and form a pocket in each half. 
- 
                        Step 2Toss the potatoes, rocket, oil and lemon juice together and season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Fill pita pockets with salmon and potato salad. 
- 
                        Step 3Combine cream cheese, dill, mustard and sugar and drizzle over the smoked salmon.
